Automatic Cone Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine

It adopts stand-up labeling method, and separates the bottles with separating wheel. When one bottle gets to the place of labeling and is detected by the transducer, the rubber pressing bottle device which is started by cylinder is pushed out, and make the bottle rotated at the labeling place. After that, the transducer of placing will detect one part which needs to label the sticker on the bottle. According to the labeling requests, it needs to fix some one time, and after getting to this time, the step-motor in the labeling head will send one sticker and label it on the fixed place by pressing.
Function:
It adopted the incorporate elements of ray, machine, electric and gas , it uses the most advanced touching display operation and can save many sets of information . You needn't to debug the machine and move the magic eye when you change the objects. It can label front and back stickers on the Conical containers at the same time, and the label distance can be adjusted optionally; If it is circuit label, it will be with the high precision of superposition; It also can add the tape printer and finish the label printer at the same time. It is special suitable for the conical containers  of wine, food, cosmetic and medicaments.
The rolling and pressing device in the above image should be changed in to pressing the bottle by cylinder, and the bottle will rotate at the same place during labeling. And the bottle will be loosen from the cylinder after finishing the labeling.
